Or how about the drivers on the freeway who insist driving in the left lane but don't go any faster than the car next to them in the right lane. Of course this means that you can't pass and a long line of traffic develops behind all wanting to get around the guy. And let's not forget about the drivers who drive in the far left lane on the freeway then cut across all the lanes to the right to exit the freeway.
