Replicating the most distinctive engine note in history is difficult enough on large scale but a Dutch Porsche enthusiast combined his love for the German brand and his skills as a precision instrument maker and came up with this. The engine revs to 12 000rpm and in doing so outputs roughly 5kW. Adding to the complexity are the six carburetors, all tuned to perfection. Connect a few batteries and he will have a Porsche hybrid on his hands.
