Kyalami is ready to go racing in October.

The sound of high-revving engines and the squeal of tyres will soon return to the renovated Kyalami racetrack for the inaugural motorsport festival scheduled from 21 to 23 October.

With over 300 entries confirmed, this event is billed as the biggest motorsport gathering ever held at South Africa’s premier racetrack.

Confirmed race entries for this MSA sanctioned event include recently-launched Global Touring Cars, V8 Supercars and V8 Masters, National and Regional Superbikes, G & H Transport Extreme Supercars, Engen Volkswagen Cup and Investchem Formula 1600 race series.

Kyalami’s upgraded services and facilities will give passionate fans an unparalleled motorsport experience. Refurbished bathrooms and quick disability access to various key points compliment the extensive list of track modifications – all aimed to increase the spectacle and challenge the drivers.

Having knocked down the hospitality areas, Kyalami now offers unobstructed spectating points as part of the circuit’s many new highlights. With a more comfortable atmosphere as a result, Kyalami encourages families to come along.

Entry for adults is priced at R 150 per day or R 250 for both days. Children under 12 years of age will enjoy free access. Hospitality packages and early-bird discounts are also available. Tickets are limited, visit www.kyalamigrandprixcircuit.com and click on the Computicket link, to ensure that you and your family are part of this historic event.
