Thrust vs Electricity in Tesla’s latest stunt
The classic car vs plane has been taken to its broadest extremes but getting Qantas to agree to a race between one of its 737 Boeings and your Tesla P90D will have required some pullings of strings. The Tesla with its sub 3-second 0-100km/h time gets the jump as the Boeing’s thrust builds slowly but with the plane accelerating up to 300km/h before take off, you have to watch to the end.
